Judith Hauser, LL.M.

Judith primarily deals with banking disputes and advises commercial and private banks on various liability issues.

The focus is on representing and advising banks and other financial service providers in court in the area of banking and capital market law, in particular in the defense and enforcement of claims arising from credit, loan guarantee and securities transactions as well as from the area of incorrect investment advice. This also includes the collection and enforcement of claims between institutions and from customer relationships.
